Service transforms everyone involved. It challenges communities to listen more deeply, connect more authentically, and build lasting change together. Most importantly, it builds global connections grounded in empathy—a shared journey where every voice is seen, heard, and valued.

School teams can vary in size from a couple of educators to several different members in your community. The more voices, the more impact! We recommend a team that includes:
